The Vietnam Nic (Network Information Center) will be releasing the Top level domain for the .VN ccTLD.
Safenames is now accepting pre-registrations for .VN domain names. Please note you can only reserve the domains at present, domains should be active in the near future. If the reservation is successful then it is 99% assured the name is yours.
