The Landrush Phase for the new gTLD .club is now open–but only for 30 days. The Landrush Period provides a limited-time opportunity for companies and individuals to secure highly sought after “.club” domain names—before General Availability opens on May 7, 2014. Some industry experts have projected that .club will lead registration numbers, ahead of other New gTLDs, by summer.
- Landrush :: Open now through May 1, 2014
- General Availability :: Scheduled to open May 7, 2014.
During the Land Rush period, names with multiple applicants will enter auction and be awarded to the highest bidder. During General Availability, domains will be registered on a first come, first served basis unless the name is blocked or reserved by the registry.
